Can I book multiple room types?

If you'd like to book multiple room types, we suggest you make a new booking for each of the rooms.

When do I pay for the booking?

Once you've completed the booking, you'll be charged a 10% service fee. If the booking is either cancelled or not confirmed the service fee will be refunded back to you. Once you check-in with your cat(s) you'll be asked to pay the total amount at the location as stated in your booking confirmation email.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you've completed the booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, please contact the location directly.

How can I cancel a booking?

You can only cancel a booking if it's still pending, please contact the location immediately if you'd like to cancel.

I'd like to make changes to my booking

Generally changes can't be made to a booking, however please contact the location directly as soon as possible to see if it's possible.

I'd like to pick up or drop off my cat(s) at an earlier or later time

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you can bring your own food for your cat(s) as long as it's not expired.

Can I bring my own litter box?

Yes, you can bring your own litter box as long as it's clean. However it's generally not required
